Description

MS polymer for vertical and horizontal bonding of natural stone slips, brick slips and concrete slips. Does not contain phthalates, solvents, isocyanates or silicones.

  • Consistency: non-sagging.
  • Density 23°C / 50% H.R.: 1,48 ± 0,05 g/cm³.
  • Shore-A-hardness (DIN 53505)after 3 weeks of storage at 23°C / 50% H.R.: 50.
  • Modulus elongation at 100% and 23°C (DIN 53504 S2) storage during 7 days at 23°C /50% H.R.: ± 1,2 N/mm².
  • Elongation at break (DIN 53504 S2) storage during 7 days at 23°C and 50% H.R.: ± 400%.
  • Tensile strength (DIN 53504 S2) storage during 7 days at 23°C/ 50% H.R.: ± 2,2 N/mm².
  • Tooling time at 23°C / 50% H.R.: max. 8 min.
  • Curing through at 23°C / 50% H.R./ after 24h: ≥ 3,0 mm; after 48h: ≥4,5 mm.
  • Change of volume (DIN EN ISO 10563): ≤ 6%.
  • Temperature resistance: -40°C to +90°C.
  • Application temperature: from +5°C up to +40°C.
  • Shelf life: 15 months, keep dry, cool and frostfree.

Instructions

  • Apply to a dry, clean and stable substrate.
  • Degrease and clean substrate with TwinBond Foam and/or TwinBond Clean
  • Sand if necessary.
  • Use between+5°C and +40°C.
  • Apply with a hand gun or pneumatic gun.
  • Test adhesion to plastics, powder coatings, exotic species of wood and bituminous materials.
  • Reinforce poor-quality substrates beforehand with TwinBond SIP.
