TwinBond Extreme

VERTICAL BONDING OF HEAVY MATERIALS

Single-component MS polymer.

High initial adhesion

Increased tensile strength.

Description

Low-odour, neutral MS polymer that dries in contact with air humidity. For vertical or pending bonding of heavy materials: natural stone, stone facings, ceramics, plaster, concrete, wood, insulation panels,... Can be painted over directly. Reduces the transmission of vibrations and sound through walls and fills irregularities in rough surfaces. Does not contain phthalates, solvents, isocyanates or silicones.

Instructions

  • Apply to a clean, stable substrate.
  • Degrease and clean substrate with TwinBond Clean and/or TwinBond Foam.

Use between +5 °C and +40 °C.

Test adhesion to plastics, powder coatings, exotic species of wood and bituminous materials.

Reinforce poor-quality and porous substrates beforehand with TwinBond SIP.
